Time is SHORT! (2)

There is peace and contentment, in the Father's house today.
Lots of food on His table, and no one is turned away,
There is singing and laughter, as the hours pass by;
But a hush calms the singing as the Father sadly cries: (refrain)

Refrain:
"My house is full, but my fields are empty!
Who will go and work for me today?
It seems my children all want to sit around my table;
but no one wants to work in my fields."

Push away from the table, look out through the window-pane;
Just beyond the house of plenty, lies a field of golden grain!
And it's white unto harvest, but the reapers, where are they?
In the house! Oh, can't the children hear the Father sadly say: (refrain)

Your house is full, but your fields are empty!
We will go and work for You today!
We will not only sit and feast around your table,
But we'll go gather grain in your fields.

I'll go winning souls from the world.
I'll go let my light shine for You.
I'll go bring the heathen to Light.
I'll go tell my friends of your Love.

Where are you??? It's great to be part of the Family of God, and to bask in His love and grace... But, there are still those that need to hear... Let's "push away from the table!"

"Oh, I'll go out and win souls for Christ someday," we lazily sigh... — Brother! Sister! That "someday" may will never come!

Time is SHORT!

We shall have all eternity in which to celebrate our victories, but we have only one swift hour before the sunset in which to win them. —Robert Moffat

Jesus is coming SOON, and others need to hear!

Our Heavenly Shepherd...

“For thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I, even I, will both search my sheep, and seek them out. As a shepherd seeketh out his flock in the day that he is among his sheep that are scattered; so will I seek out my sheep, and will deliver them out of all places where they have been scattered in the cloudy and dark day. And I will bring them out from the people, and gather them from the countries, and will bring them to their own land, and feed them upon the mountains of Israel by the rivers, and in all the inhabited places of the country. I will feed them in a good pasture, and upon the high mountains of Israel shall their fold be: there shall they lie in a good fold, and in a fat pasture shall they feed upon the mountains of Israel. I will feed my flock, and I will cause them to lie down, saith the Lord GOD. I will seek that which was lost, and bring again that which was driven away, and will bind up that which was broken, and will strengthen that which was sick: but I will destroy the fat and the strong; I will feed them with judgment.” —Ezekiel 34:11-16

Who is like unto Thee??

“Thy way, O God, is in the sanctuary: who is so great a God as our God?—Psalms 77:13,
