True Thankfulness...

...can only truly be felt after the absence of the desired object.

In other words, after being in Russia where showers were scarce in places, it's SO great to have a shower every morning! ;)

  • SO-oooooooooo thankful you did NOT shut this site down! You don't know me, but I've gone to this site many times over the past two years for encouragement. I'm a 55yr. old mom. A follower of Jesus Christ! I'm being blessed beyond measure today, reading The Radical Cross by A.W.Tozer. God bless you richly! Our 13yr.old handicapped son is so blessed with the shilohstream music. Plan to meet you someday in glory. :D

  • @ Haylee: I hope you can go there someday! It is a marvelous place, and there is much work there to keep you busy. So many hurting people around the world!

    @Anon: Thank you for your kind words! It is my desire that people could be blessed; though I know I don't spend near enough time putting the things that God is teaching me on here anymore. I am trying really hard to prioritize important things in my life, and I am not doing that well at it apparently! :)

    @Anon: ...uh, yeah. I know. I didn't keep my promise. I'm sorry!

  • @Anon: Lol, well, I didn't really feel like you put me on a guilt trip, but I did say that I was going to do it, and didn't follow through with it. :)
